Another new venue for us to explore around on Nikita & Will’s wedding day! Before the afternoon festivities began, Nikita fulfilled her dream of arriving at Great Moulton Church on horseback (no mean feat in a wedding dress!) and she looked amazing! Back at Glebe Farm Barn it was a super-chilled afternoon as guests enjoyed playing crazy golf, tug of war and a bucking bronco. As the sun began to set we quicky jumped in the car and sped down the road to jump in a nearby field and catch the last few minutes of a glorious golden hour!

“I knew it was me getting the better side of the deal!” recalled Dan as he first laid eyes on chilhood sweetheart Kathryn at the top of the aisle. As his best man (also Dan!) gave him the signal to turn just as Kathyrn arrived beside him, his face was absolutely priceless. Moments like this are why we love what we do so much! What a super-chilled day all round at Langley Abbey.
“You have bought light in to my life”. You can hear the tremble in the Groom’s voice as he tries to hold it together during his emotional speech. You can tell Darren truly wears his heart on his sleeve.
It’s rare for us to be a part of a couple’s journey from the very beginning of their engagement all the way through to the big day. So when Darren asked us to help produce a creative proposal video for Lisa we couldn’t resist. Fast forward 18 months and it all culminated in an awesome January day at Southwood Hall for a laid back family affair. They even braved the very chilly weather for a quick jaunt around the gardens with plenty of smooching to stay warm.
“Neither of you will ever be perfect but you can be your perfect match together…” Some truly heartfelt words from a very proud Father of the Bride at Marielle & Patrick’s lush wedding at The Norfolk Mead Hotel.
We always love capturing those personal details that make each wedding day completely individual. With a blend of Dutch and Brazillian cultures and a quintessentially English country house setting on the Norfolk Broads there were so many unique little moments – from Patrick’s awesome “pimp” cane, to a very cute Confetti pony and a very special suprise wedding ring!
The first time a father sees his daughter in her wedding dress is always a emotional moment. However, proud Dad Fathl’s face was an absolute picture. In fact possibly the best reaction we’ve ever witnessed! Just one of the highlights of this awesome wedding…
We knew from the first time we met Roua & Matt that they were a great laugh and up for anything on the afternoon couple shoot and a little drop of rain wasn’t gonna stop them either. As we took a stroll around the lush gardens at Bressingham Hall there were plenty of giggles – particularly when some expert veil fluffing was required from our very own multi-talented Ellie!
We were thoroughly spoilt on Jess & Kristain’s big day – blessed with the perfect combination of a super chilled couple, blue skies, the lush venue and gardens at Chippenham Park, a beautiful outdoor wedding, lovely personalised vows, kilts…we could go on! Later these guys totally nailed their afternoon shoot around the gardens and parkland and needed no direction from us whatsoever, looking totally smitten with each other all day. Gorgeous!
Flashback to a cracking Autumn day with blue skies all the way. We have a real fondness for Autumn weddings and sweethearts Paige & Samuel really set the benchmark high on their day. Paige’s hand made details were truly off the scale and she’s realy put an extraordinary amount of effort in to every last detail. The day started at The Oaksmere in Eye where the B&G got really just a few feet apart in neighbouring rooms. How they managed to avoid bumping in to one another we don’t know! After a stroll down the sweeping tree-lined driveway for some shots in that amazing golden light, it was off to Wingfield Barns for the Ceremony, which included beautiful hand written vows. After an awesome autumn leaf inspired confetti line, we whisked the new Mr & Mrs off for an explore around the rolling Suffolk countryside. An all-round perfect day!
Long sweeping driveway…check! Lots of Autumnal colours…check! Stunning handmade wedding decor…check! Add blue skies and heaps of sunshine and you’re spoiling us! We started the day at The Oaksmere Hotel in Eye with that aforementioned long treelined driveway as childhood sweethearts Paige & Sam got ready literally in neighbouring rooms. We’re not quite sure how everyone managed to keep them from seeing each other but they did! Then it was deep in to the rolling Suffolk countryside to the little gem that is Wingfield Barns. White pumpkins lined the driveway and along the aisle and the attention to detail was incredible, all hand-created by Paige and Sam. After a beautiful ceremony complete with personalised hand written vows, guests lined up for a Autumn twist on confetti as they threw lots of orange leaves on the new Mr & Mrs. There were so many places to explore for our couple shoot and Paige braved the cold and ventured through woods and across windswept fields to capture some absolutely gorgeous shots.
It was back to Elms Barn for the 2nd time this last year for Tom & Jasmine’s big day. So many memorable moments in this one and plenty of laughs along the way. After nipping off to Beccles for a lovely ceremony at the very grand St Benets Church it was back for a fun packed afternoon at Elms Barn. Jasmine needed no encouragement when Tom offered her a piggy back ride through the rose garden! Later, as they got one last practice in for their First Dance routine, we we’re treated to an epic pink sunset. Lovely as always to catch up with Mr Luis Holden Photography again too!
The long tree-lined driveway has always been one of our favourite shooting locations at Bassmead Manor Barns. With those big wide vistas across the Cambrideshire countryside it always makes for a grand entrance. However, none have been grander than Sam in his very understated Red Ferrari! Just a few feet away, the Bridal Boudoir was a hive of activity as Charlotte & her Bridesmaids were busy with hair & make-up. Favourite moment No.1 was Charlotte walking out to greet very proud (and emotional) Dad Andrew just before the ceremony. That aformentioned driveway was put to great use later in the afternoon for some gorgeous shots in the fields at sundown.
